Over the years, Shinn Technology Services Corporation has become a trusted expert in just about all technology systems a small business would use. We are a business consultant that excels in technology design and support. We offer two service levels

Standard time and materials
Please see our rate schedule below. Standard business hours support is available on an as needed basis during normal business hours of 8am to 5pm EST, Monday through Friday.

Retained / Maintenance Programs
Many of our clients prefer a retainer / maintenance based package. This is a customized package for specific services, workstation maintenance routines, expanded hours or support and more dynamic response times. These packages also have a fixed rate to help you plan your monthly budget.
  • Install, maintain and repair Windows based workstations
  • Support for: multi function units, printers, projection displays, etc.
  • Support for all industry standard application software
  • Data backup and disaster recovery planning
  • Virus and malware removal
  • Office and home wireless router installation & security evaluation
  • iPhone and Droid support (Setup, Exchange, Outlook & sync issues)
  • Computer data recovery and rebuild as a result of a virus/malware


  • Design specs and quote entire office network / workstation systems
  • Consult on office infrastructure: network, phone, video, sound system cabling & wired /wireless router units
  • Consult on phone (standard / VoIP), video, sound, and alarm systems
  • Install and maintain Windows based servers and support equipment
  • Managed services and monitoring for servers and workstations: 24 hour service contact on any failure and log into ConnectWise Ticket Management system for fast response

  • $45.00 onsite service call **
  • $125.00 /hr (general)
  • $140.00 /hr (network)
  • $200.00 /hr (emergency / after hours / holiday support)
Includes: onsite services / phone support / remote connection support / consultation / project research / proposal build / web development

4 hour response to phone message from 8am to 5pm EST (Mon-Fri)
** ShinnTech will quote service call rate if outside Indianapolis area.

Normal business hours: 8am to 5pm EST (Monday through Friday)
- all other times by appointment or defined in service plan

Maintenance & Service Plan Rates / Incident Packs
  • $120.00 /hr (prepaid 6 hour incident pack) w/ 2 service calls
  • $115.00 /hr (prepaid 10 hour incident pack) w/ 3 service calls
  • $110.00 /hr (prepaid 20 hour incident pack) w/ 4 service calls
  • - onsite based on 8am - 5pm, Mon-Fri, Indianapolis zone
Service plan accounts also receive:

- priority service response and call scheduling
- 2 hour response to phone message from 8am to 5pm EST (Mon-Fri)
- 2 hour response to phone message from 8am to Noon EST (Sat)

  • Local Edition ($12 per month)
    10GB cloud storage - .55 for each additional GB

  • Entry Edition ($30 per month)
    35GB cloud storage - .50 for each additional GB

  • Basic Edition ($49 per month)
    100GB cloud storage - .45 for each additional GB

Hosted Exchange Corporate Email
Many of our clients use standard POP3 email accounts. These work great unless you wish to use multiple devices or wish to share your calendar in a corporate environment. Migrating to a hosted Exchange platform, stores your data store (email, contacts, calendar, tasks and notes) in the Cloud. All of your devices then access the Cloud data store for a consistent display. You can also setup shared calendars with your staff and support team. The monthly cost per email account is $10.00 and that includes anti-spam filtering.

Account setup and migrating your existing data from your POP3 account to the new Exchange account will be at our normal hourly rate.
